Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Business Development Manager – Marketing Technology, Foundation Operations & Enablement, to lead the Foundation platform strategy and administration. The role sits in Downtown Los Angeles or New York City with a hybrid, in-office presence.

You will partner with Technology and BD teams to optimize data workflows, governance, and reporting, ensuring scalable solutions across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, marketing, information systems or related field.
• Six years of relevant experience in business intelligence, legal marketing or analytics, including two years administering Litera Foundation.
• Seven+ years of cumulative experience.
• Ability to gather requirements, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage system operations and performance; troubleshoot issues and partner with Technology to design sustainable solutions.
• Lead end-to-end platform development: configuration, taxonomy, data mapping, integration planning, survey deployment, search views, reporting, rollout strategies.
• Identify opportunities to integrate Foundation data with Peppermint CRM to enhance targeting and planning.
• Serve as BD lead for new fields and configuration changes; evaluate requirements and prevent data duplication.
