Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP in California invites applications for a Business Development Coordinator. The role partners with the BDMC team to drive marketing initiatives for the TMT SBU, including pitches, client materials, and event support.

You will maintain knowledge of attorneys and clients, collaborate across departments, and help with ROI tracking, data in BD databases, and outreach campaigns. A Bachelor’s in marketing or related field and 2–4 years in professional services are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to assemble and proofread pitches, proposals, collateral, research reports, and client-facing presentation materials.
• Ability to respond promptly and professionally to requests and communicate challenges or delays.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of attorneys, client base, experience, and market capabilities.
• Collaborate with BDMC colleagues and other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate with Internal Communications to raise visibility through promotion of successes, speaking engagements, and conferences.
• Assemble drafts of marketing materials, pitches, and attorney bios to support new business opportunities.
• Assist with data collection and maintenance in BD databases and ROI tracking.
• Support planning and execution of TMT SBU events and webinars.
