Job summary

Stone King LLP is seeking a Business Development & Marketing professional to support event follow-up, client communications, and sales enablement across six offices with hybrid working. You will coordinate between fee-earners and the marketing team to convert opportunities and strengthen relationships.

The role involves tracking pipelines, maintaining BD collateral, and engaging with product-related inquiries while collaborating with the BD Manager on strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining BD collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, credentials, and product sheets.
• Confidence using CRM systems to update records, log actions, and extract information for reports.
• Ability to capture actions from meetings accurately and ensure they are followed through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Own the follow-up process for events and webinars, ensuring timely communication and lead management.
• Attend meetings to capture and drive BD-related actions and communicate growth priorities to the marketing team.
• Create and maintain materials for the sales enablement hub (pitch decks, case studies, product sheets).
• Respond to product-related enquiries promptly and liaise with the BD Manager on complex queries or opportunities.
• Support BD Manager with pipeline tracking and reporting and prepare summaries for monthly reports.
