Desert Haven Enterprises is seeking a Manager of Business Development Services to research market areas, solicit companies, submit bids, and oversee a team that grows paid crew opportunities for individuals in the Work Readiness Program across the Antelope and Santa Clarita Valleys. The role involves maintaining contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Sales experience in contract procurement, development and maintenance required.
• Supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with business development and growth planning.
• Ability to analyze markets and identify opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Build partnerships with business and industry in the Antelope and Santa Clarita Valleys.
• Acquire new contracted work and vocational training opportunities for persons with disabilities.
• Maintain existing contracts and expand Work Readiness program opportunities.
• Lead and develop a business development team to grow paid crew opportunities.
