Job summary

Azenta US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Preclinical/Clinical Solutions (West Coast). This remote role focuses on introducing the portfolio to prospective clients, managing pricing, strategic planning, and client engagement to deliver successful projects.

You will lead business development in biotech/pharma/CRO sectors, drive revenue targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client needs with services, including MSAs/SOWs and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PhD preferred.
• Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Biology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Bioengineering.
• 7–10+ years of life sciences/biotech/CRO experience.
• 5+ years in consultative sales or key account roles.
• Experience selling preclinical and/or clinical CRO services.

Responsibilities

• Drive US Preclinical and Clinical Solutions portfolio to prospects.
• Own end-to-end process from pricing to project delivery.
• Develop and execute business development strategies for growth.
• Build relationships with biotech/pharma/CRO decision-makers.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and grow client portfolio.
