Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans to secure commercial launch and manufacturing programs.
• Manage and expand large-pharma relationships across development and manufacturing services.
• Map customer stakeholders and outsourcing needs to grow account revenue.
• Partner with CMC specialists and business-unit leaders to develop technically appropriate customer proposals.
• Coordinate regional business development teams to deliver a global account strategy.
• Lead account reviews, forecasts, dashboards and performance metrics.
