Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a Senior Manager for Business Development Operations & Support (BD-OS) to scale deal visibility and operational efficiency. You will own customer planning, reporting, and market insights across key relationships, linking deal teams to executive-level dashboards and strategic plans.

You will engage directly with hyperscale and AI customers, driving innovative processes and reliable data to support site selection, pricing, and long lead investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in business development operations, program/project management, deal management, business development, technical sales, or a related commercial operations role.
• Demonstrated experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet) and building reporting/dashboard tools.

Responsibilities

• Support program/project management and timeline discipline on live deals.
• Apply AI and automation to streamline workflows and improve insights.
• Maintain systems tracking customer status, progress, and account strategy.
• Gather market intelligence to guide site selection and pricing strategies.
• Forecasting on deal timing and risk for capital-intensive investments.
• Develop trackers and dashboards giving visibility from deal teams to the board.
• Engage directly with hyperscale and AI customers for context-driven support.
• Improve BD operating rhythm and structure to support growth.
