Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure in Denver, CO seeks a Director of BD Operations to scale our BD function. You will own planning, forecasting, and reporting for live deals, coordinating with Legal, Sites, and Capital Markets, and engaging directly with hyperscale customers.

We require 10+ years in BD ops, a Bachelor's (MBA a plus), CRM/dashboard experience (Salesforce/Smartsheet), and strong communication. We offer hybrid work (3 days in-office), relocation support, generous benefits, and a bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in BD operations, program/project management, or related roles.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and building reporting/dashboard tools.
• Strong communication skills and executive reporting experience.
• Knowledge of hyperscale data center markets or related infrastructure helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own deal timing and probability projections to inform capital decisions.
• Develop trackers, dashboards, and repeatable processes for visibility from deal teams to the board.
• Engage directly with hyperscale and AI customers to ground BD systems in real context.
• Lead planning and forecasting for live deals; coordinate with Legal, Sites, and Capital Markets.
• Improve BD operating rhythm and introduce innovative governance.
