Job summary

Suntec Concrete is seeking a proficient BD/Proposals professional to lead the development of proposals from kickoff to submission. You will gather content from operations, estimating, preconstruction, and business development to translate technical scope into client-ready narratives.

Responsibilities include managing proposal calendars, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency across materials, and maintaining templates and resumes for easy repurposing across pursuits.

Qualifications

• Lead development of proposals, qualifications packages, and pitch decks from kickoff through submission.
• Gather content from operations, estimating, preconstruction, and BD teams, translating scope into client narratives.
• Coordinate proposal calendars and submission timelines across multiple pursuits, flagging deadlines early.
• Maintain templates, boilerplate content, resumes, and project sheets, ensuring content current and reusable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate final production, printing, and delivery of proposals to meet client deadlines.
• Own capabilities decks and case studies, ensuring project data, photography, and outcomes are current.
• Coordinate project photography and documentation throughout the project lifecycle for use in future proposals and marketing.
• Support recruitment materials and company overview content used in hiring and community outreach.
• Keep resumes, project sheets, and org charts current as staff and project assignments change.
