Job summary

FH Construction Group is seeking a Marketing Proposals Specialist to lead end-to-end pursuit processes, draft compelling narratives, and maintain a robust qualifications library. The role emphasizes brand-aligned materials, cross-team coordination, and proactive market research.

You will represent FH at industry events, coordinate sponsorships, and support proposal-driven business development with polished deliverables.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in AEC marketing, proposal coordination, or related professional services
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business or equivalent
• Curiosity and proactive thinking, initiative and context awareness
• Ownership and reliability, delivering high-quality work on time
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking, tracking deadlines
• Clear communication, professional and concise
• Relationship building across teams and with clients
• Composure under deadlines during high workload periods

Responsibilities

• Lead the full RFP/RFQ response process from intake through submission, coordinating input from estimators, field operations leaders, and partners
• Draft and format cover letters, project approach narratives, and team resumes, using FH's brand standards
• Maintain the qualifications library and ensure up-to-date materials
• Own final proofreading, production, and submission of every pursuit
• Use AI tools to streamline processes and improve consistency across proposals and marketing
• Track proposal outcomes and provide debrief insights
• Represent FH at industry events and coordinate sponsorships and community engagement
• Develop interview decks and presentation materials for opportunities
• Create marketing collateral and social content aligned with FH's voice and brand
• Capture jobsite visuals for marketing use
