Job summary

Suntec Concrete is seeking a strategic Preconstruction Lead to guide major pursuits from opportunity to award. You will align estimating, scheduling, CAD and detailing, project managers, and business development to deliver a single, compelling submission.

You’ll own the full preconstruction range from conceptual budgeting to IFC pricing and a clean handoff, and you’ll drive value engineering and constructability reviews to differentiate Suntec and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pursuit from opportunity through award with strategy to win and execute.
• Lead the pursuit team across estimating, scheduling, CAD/detailing, PMs, construction managers, and business development for a single, focused submission.
• Maintain a fast, focused pursuit with a high-quality submission covering scope, schedule, budget, panel placement, and execution strategy.
• Oversee the preconstruction range from conceptual budgeting and design-assist pricing through IFC hard bid, award, and handoff to buyout team.
• Shape strategy through value engineering and constructability reviews to differentiate Suntec and reduce risk.
• Coordinate with estimating to convert strategy into a competitive proposal and align with scheduling, operations, and site logistics.
• Engage business development and clients, presenting the pursuit strategy and Suntec’s value in meetings and interviews.
