RMS Roller-Grinder is seeking a Business Development Manager to refine outbound playbooks, document scalable processes, and coach a growing BDR team. You’ll lead the evolution from tribal knowledge to repeatable systems, driving new markets and steady pipeline growth.

You’ll build pipelines, analyze results, and partner with marketing while traveling to home base for alignment. A results-driven, scalable approach is valued here.

• You test approaches, compare results, and let data drive decisions.
• You turn informal knowledge into repeatable, adopted processes.

Responsibilities

• Refine and document the playbook to turn proven outbound into repeatable systems.
• Run A/B tests on outreach approaches and identify winning patterns.
• Lead, coach, and develop the BD Representatives in the trenches.
• Scale the cold-calling engine and reduce friction to hit higher output.
• Grow marketing partnerships and extend into new industries.
• Sharpen tradeshow strategy and ensure events generate real leads.
• Build reporting in HubSpot to forecast pipeline and activity.
• Hire and grow the team with ongoing coaching.
