Job summary

HSO is seeking a Business Development Director to expand our Microsoft-based solutions footprint in the Professional Services sector. You will lead executive conversations, qualify opportunities, and drive the end-to-end sales process from discovery through close.

You will collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to tailor proposals, negotiate contracts, and pursue growth in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Travel 30%+ assumed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience selling Microsoft Business Applications, Cloud solutions, or related technology services.
• Prior consulting, business analyst, implementation, or product support experience related to Microsoft Business Solutions.
• Previous experience selling enterprise technology solutions, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by positioning Microsoft-based solutions to Professional Services organizations.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Lead executive-level client conversations to identify business challenges and align capabilities.
