Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 3 years demonstrated administrative experience.
Expert level knowledge with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
Support the department with organization, calendar, and event management.
Assist in the preparation of quotes, contracts, and agreements.
Maintain business development leads and client information.
Assist in study initiation activities for smooth transitions.
Implement routine follow-ups on outstanding proposals and amendments.
Maintain paper and electronic files of contracts, CDAs, and quotes.
