Proud Moments ABA in Franklin, TN is hiring BCBAs (full-time or part-time) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. You will supervise interventions, support families, and collaborate with a strong clinical team to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA license (or sitting for exam within 3 months).
• Experience implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they learn new skills.
• Support families to understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions, involving children aged 2-15.
