Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA license eligibility or current exam in the next 3 months (students welcome).
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Provide support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through direct supervision, support, training, and orientation of the growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area, including activities like standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, and running with children aged 2–15 years.
