Job summary

Behavioral Perspective Inc is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential therapy services to individuals with Autism across in-home, clinic, school, and community settings. You will develop individualized programs, supervise Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in ABA, active BCBA certification, and at least one year of BCBA experience.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (or closely related field) required.
Active BCBA certification and license required.
1+ year BCBA experience preferred.
ABA field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Guide and support Behavior Technicians through supervision across clinic, home, school and community settings.
Foster positive relationships with families and coordinate care with other professionals.
Provide consultation to families on goals and behavior goals and progress.
Develop and maintain up-to-date client programs with data analysis and program adjustments.
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including FBAs, to guide treatment.
