Job summary

Protouch Staffing seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral therapy and support for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. The role involves developing treatment plans, assessments, and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

The candidate should have ABA expertise, experience with children and disabilities, and a commitment to ethical patient care and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA or LBA certification required.
• Experience with ABA and working with children or individuals with autism.
• Strong data collection and assessment skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations in behavioral health or special education.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication with clients and families.
• Commitment to ethical patient care.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and evaluations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and adults with autism or other disabilities.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and reports.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate families and staff on behavioral health strategies and progress.
• Adhere to BACB ethics and confidentiality.
