Job summary

Behavioral Perspective Inc. seeks a BCBA to design and oversee therapy programs for clients with Autism. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, collaborate with families and schools, and ensure high-quality, data-driven interventions across clinic, home, and community settings.

The role requires active BCBA certification, Master’s in ABA, and flexibility to work across multiple sites with a strong emphasis on ethical standards and client progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field.
• Active BCBA certification and license.
• 1+ year experience as BCBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to coordinate care.
• Develop and update individualized behavior programs.
• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and data analysis.
• Create and refine behavior intervention plans and FBAs.
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions when needed.
• Document progress with regular reports and goals.
