Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children with autism and their families. Remote and in-home care options complemented by clinic engagements empower individualized treatment plans.

You will manage cases day-to-day, perform intake and assessments, collect data, and provide therapy aligned with best practices. Growth potential includes leadership roles and specialty tracks within the program.

Qualifications

• Must hold BACB credentialing and be eligible for LBA licensure in AZ.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and team members.
• Experience with data collection and behavior assessment tools welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum.
• Conduct initial intake and updates assessments using standard tools.
• Collect data and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver treatment based on clinical best practices.
• Offer family support and training.
• Lead and educate clinicians and RBTs on the team.
• Coordinate discharge and transition planning for caseload.
• Work across in-home, school, and clinic settings.
