Behavioral Perspective Inc. is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. The role combines in-clinic supervision with substantial work-from-home components, managing a caseload and mentoring Behavior Technicians.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in ABA, an active BCBA license, and has 1+ years of BCBA experience. Compliance with BACB and HIPAA guidelines is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
• Active BCBA certification and license are required.
• One or more years of BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and feedback to Behavior Technicians in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Develop and maintain client programs, conduct data analysis, and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments; create individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions when needed and ensure HIPAA-compliant record-keeping.
