Job summary

BPIABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism across clinic, home, and school settings.

You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop individualized programs, perform FBAs and data analysis, and collaborate with families and schools while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required.
• Active BCBA certification and license required.
• 1+ years BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise Behavior Technicians across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Develop and maintain client programs; conduct data analysis and assessments.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and FBAs.
• Create and refine behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy when needed.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant record-keeping and BACB guideline adherence.
