Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in a part-time capacity. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

The role requires HIPAA-compliant documentation, collaboration with families and teams, and ongoing professional development. Applicants should hold BCBA certification and NC licensure (LBA) with strong communication and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• LBA in NC licensure required or preferred.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy in various settings with HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Train and supervise staff in behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust plans.
• Stay current with research and best practices in behavior analysis.
