Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. The role involves delivering high-quality behavioral therapy, creating and adjusting treatment plans, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• TN LBA licensure is required or in-state credentials.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• HIPAA-compliant documentation practices.
• Strong diagnostic evaluation and behavioral therapy skills.
• Able to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
• Experience in patient care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy in various settings.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and teams.
