Job summary

Alight Behavioral is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a part-time, remote role. You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans, and provide direct behavioral therapy to clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and stay current with research in applied behavior analysis.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or MO licensure.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills in clinical settings.
• Ability to document accurately and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Excellent communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
