Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Missouri-based team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and developmental disabilities, conduct assessments, and ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include BCBA certification and LBA MO licensure, experience with autism, strong data analysis, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• LBA in Missouri required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficient in medical documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings per best practices.
• Maintain medical records compliant with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Train and supervise staff in intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust plans.
• Stay current with research and best practices in behavior analysis.
