Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in a remote, part-time capacity. The role focuses on assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based behavioral therapy for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and ensure HIPAA-compliant medical documentation. Collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team is essential to provide holistic care and data-driven

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and recognized professional credential.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Proficient in medical documentation and HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data for treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy in diverse settings with adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Train and supervise staff in behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Stay current with research and best practices in behavior analysis.
