Qualifications

• Board Certification as BCBA required.
• Licensure as LBA in NC is required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for autism and related disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans based on data.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy in diverse settings.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Train and supervise staff in behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust plans.
• Stay updated on research and best practices in behavior analysis.
