Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure care standards align with state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and exit planning with families.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using the QET measure.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Complete administrative tasks such as reports and insurance reviews.
