Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role focuses on delivering high-quality treatment and maintaining standards of care across settings in the Milwaukee area.

The BCBA will oversee assessments, program modifications, parent training, and care coordination, while mentoring staff and collaborating with clinicians to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst with state-specific requirements.
• At least one year of experience using Applied Behavior Analysis with children on the autism spectrum.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, program modification, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality with families and stakeholders.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members; complete administrative tasks promptly.
