Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead supervision of center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role emphasizes collaboration with parents, care teams, and clinicians to deliver developmentally appropriate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Experience providing supervision or guidance to staff or students is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with parents and care teams required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure care meets state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and transitions.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality services.
