Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a Supervising Analyst to lead a caseload and supervise RBTs, blending direct therapy with supervision. You will apply ABA methods to advance communication and daily living goals in children with autism.

The role requires BCBA certification, a Master’s degree, and the ability to maintain 130 billable hours monthly, with strong documentation and collaboration with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required for interview eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA, reinforcement and 3-step guided compliance.
• Able to work at least 130 billable hours per month.
• Clinic environment with physical activity and child assistance.

Responsibilities

• Direct 1:1 service delivery and supervise Behavior Assistants monthly.
• Conduct functional and language assessments (VB-MAPP/ABLLS).
• Develop individualized behavior plans (IBP) and track progress.
• Record and report data using Microsoft Excel; ensure HIPAA-compliant records.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers and staff for consistency.
