Job summary

Helping Hand Autism Services is seeking a BCBA-certified supervisor to lead assessment-driven treatment for children on the autism spectrum. You will conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, and Essentials for Living assessments, perform Functional Analysis, and design targeted treatment plans for each child and family.

The role includes managing a 25-hour face-to-face supervision caseload, supervising center-based and in-home clients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with BCBA certification.
• Experience working with autism population preferred.
• Effective time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients using VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, Essentials for Living.
• Conduct Functional Analysis for behaviors.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 hours of face-to-face supervision.
• Work with center-based and in-home clients.
• Create treatment plans based on assessments with goals.
• Provide consultation to other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure medical records input per policy.
• Staff training to meet weekly supervision hours.
• Oversee parent training hours weekly.
• Implement behavior plans based on function.
• Supervise practicum students.
