Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a BCBA to lead direct interventions and supervise RBTs in a clinical setting. You will apply DTI and NET techniques to support children’s communication, social skills, and daily living milestones.

Under an experienced Clinical Director, you will conduct functional assessments, develop IBPs, and ensure high-quality care. This role blends hands-on therapy with supervisory responsibilities and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required for interview eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and compliance standards.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct 1:1 intervention and supervision of RBTs and Behavior Analysts.
• Conduct functional assessments and formulate individualized behavior plans.
• Record, analyze, and report data using Excel for progress tracking.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure consistency.
