Job summary

Step Forward ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services and supervise team members. The role focuses on developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, data-driven progress monitoring, and ensuring high-quality, ethical services for clients across ages and abilities.

Qualified candidates hold a BCBA certification and licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst, with at least 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification and licensed as a Behavior Analyst in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with individuals with special needs across ages.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans with data tracking.
• Provide clinical supervision to BTs, BCaBAs, and LABAs with competency assessments.
• Deliver direct services across ages and abilities with individualized, ethical services.
• Communicate effectively with clients, parents, staff and other professionals.
• Lead and organize schedules, maintain records, and prepare concise reports.
