Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• BCBA and LBA/LABA licensure in required states essential.
• Experience in supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of no more than 10 clients.
• Write and submit treatment plans as required.
• Conduct initial skill assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Provide supervision to direct staff and assure fidelity of treatment goals.
• Attend weekly team meetings.

Education

Master’s degree

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and LBA/LABA licensure
