Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a professional clinic in Atlanta, GA. You will blend direct 1:1 intervention with high-level supervision of RBTs and staff under the Clinical Director.

You will use ABA techniques such as DTI and NET to support children’s communication, social skills, and daily living milestones, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and collaborating with families and school teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles and reinforcement.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA-compliant records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct 1:1 intervention with clients.
• Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBT cases.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior plans.
• Record, analyze, and report skill acquisition and behavior data.
