Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated BCBA to supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. Deliver data-driven treatment adjustments and collaborate with families to ensure progress.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday with no weekends or late shifts, and offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, and generous PTO. Experience in in-home and in-center settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365 suite and ABA software platforms.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through staff/family meetings and ongoing consultation with families.
• Collaborate with families regarding concerns related to treatment and staff.
