Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks a BCBA to supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data, and adjust treatment plans for a small caseload. The role involves direct family consultation and ongoing clinical support in a busy pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
