Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to join a growing team in a direct supervision and caseload management role. You will oversee BTs/RBTs, review data, interpret results, and adjust individualized treatment plans with families.

You will consult with families on concerns related to treatment and behavior modification, while benefiting from Clinical Manager support for scheduling and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, reinforcement, ethics and legal regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365 suite and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results and adjust plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult families on treatment concerns related to behavior modification.
• Receive administrative and scheduling support from Clinical Manager.
