Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in West Chester, PA. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with families to support meaningful behavior changes.

This permanent, full-time role offers a small caseload, a laptop, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, holidays, PTO, a 401K with match, and an incentive bonus up to $6,000 annually; no weekends or late

Qualifications

• BCBA certification through BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral interventions, reinforcement theories, ethics and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data, interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff/family meetings.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
