Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a part-time School-Based Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-Track) to support K-12 students in a school setting. You will provide direct ABA services, contribute to FBAs/BIPs, and collaborate with teachers to support IEP goals in a district environment.

This onsite role follows the district calendar with 15-20 hours weekly, offering supervision for candidates pursuing certification and a competitive hourly rate of $40–$41.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification, or master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Previous school-based experience
• Experience with behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and data collection
• Strong communication and collaboration with educators and multidisciplinary teams
• Reliable transportation
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services to students in general education and special education settings
• Assist with FBAs and BIPs as needed
• Contribute to IEPs and attend IEP meetings as needed
• Collect and analyze behavioral data and monitor progress
• Provide behavioral consultation and training to teachers and staff on ABA strategies
• Shadow, train, and support school staff as needed
• Support or supervise RBTs and paraprofessionals as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation per BACB, IDEA, 504, and special education requirements
