Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience providing ABA services in school-based or educational settings.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and writing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, student-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with special education teams, administrators, and families to support generalization and long-term success.
• Provide supervision and support to ABA Instructors, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians in school settings.
