Job summary

Behavioral Health Associates (BHA) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA assessment and clinical services for clients across age groups. The role includes supervision of RBTs and Therapists, development of goals and behavior plans, and collaboration with families and staff to improve outcomes.

This full-time, year-round position aligns with school hours and offers paid leave, medical plans, retirement contributions, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Education, Special Education, Behavior analysis or a related field.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff and leadership team, while maintaining professional boundaries.
• In good standing as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
• 3 years work experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis and research-based interventions.
• Proficient with intensive teaching and ABA program development.

Responsibilities

• Comply with BACB Ethics code.
• Administers and supervises functional behavior assessments.
• Develops goals and behavior support plans based on data.
• Trains RBTs and ABA Therapists on programming.
• Provide supervision for Licensed Behavior Specialists pursuing BCBA credentialing.
• Conducts regular supervision meetings.
• Complete documentation timely as requested by Clinical Director.
• Maintain a maximum student caseload of 10.
