Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students and collaborate with school teams. You will conduct assessments, develop interventions, monitor progress, and supervise RBTs as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher with BCBA certification.
• Active Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• Knowledge of functional behavior assessment and data analysis.
• Supervision training completed for RBT supervision responsibilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with students with disabilities in educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments using observations, interviews, and data.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based interventions and skill-development plans.
• Use data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Coach teachers, paraprofessionals, and families on strategy implementation.
• Supervise RBTs when assigned, with feedback and guidance.
• Collaborate with ARD meetings and align supports with IEPs.
