Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based services to a local school district. This is a part-time, flexible position to complete FBA’s and conduct RBT Supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA required.
• Board certification in Behavior Analysis required.
• Clearances (Child Abuse, State and Federal) required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct educational and behavior assessments and use results to guide treatment progress.
• Create and supervise Positive Behavior Support plans for Tier 1–3 interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings to develop plans.
