Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and assessments. You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and school teams, and ensure ethical, clinical, and compliant practices.

The role emphasizes leadership and hands-on mentoring in a collaborative clinical setting. The position offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) with competitive pay based on experience and credentials, plus strong opportunities

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands‑on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings
