Job summary

Marathon Elementary School in Hopkinton, Massachusetts seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a long-term substitute role. You will develop behavior intervention plans for students with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, and provide staff training on protocol implementation, data collection and progress monitoring.

The position is full-time from Jan 25, 2027 through May 2027, with a daily salary range of $150 to $294.63.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum three years of training and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis with staff/parent training.
• Alternatives to licensure may be considered per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Consult with team on behavior plans, adjustments and in-class modeling.
• Oversee IEP implementation and attend meetings as needed.
• Develop and monitor behavior plans and assess effectiveness.
• Conduct functional assessments and create FBAs/BX plans.
• Coordinate home-school communication and support home-based goals.
• Ensure timely completion of plans and progress reports.
• Assist transitions from Early Intervention and community agencies.
