The role focuses on conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, data-driven decision making, and staff training, with supervision of RBTs and classroom-based interventions.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (BACB)
• Licensed through MA DESE
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations
• Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems
• Create and maintain data collection systems
• Provide in-class support and staff training
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans
