Job summary

Qualifications

• MA state BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff who work with students with disabilities.
• Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles.
• Consult and coach staff and administrators for progress.
• Develop data collection systems for behavior plans.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide ABA-related recommendations.
• Train staff on behavioral procedures and data collection.
• Monitor and supervise implementation of programs.
